Arens International's automatic ventilation control system is able to coordinate the ventilation of up to eight rooms by simultaneously controlling a number of other zone controllers. The system allows manual changes to be made to the ventilation of individual zones through the use of zone controllers.

The system is fully automated, adaptable and can be easily configured to individual site requirements, and the time and date feature comes with a battery backup. The operating characteristics of the system can be changed based on the season, day of the week and time. This means that the system intelligently adapts according to the outside temperature. Thus, in case of rain or wind, sensors adapt by closing windows. The system can also react to internal stimulus, and can adjust windows in response to fire alarm signals. The master-lock function can lock all windows in case of threats.
